What is your return policy?

   Due to the products being facical products, we do not exept returns. All sales are final!

What is your exchange policy?

 Saweetcosmtics only accepts exchanges, no refunds. If you have received an item with defects or is damaged, you are eligible for an exchange. 

What if my product is damaged/defective?

   If you have recieved your order and there are defects or damage please email us at [email protected]. Please include your name, order number and a picture of your damaged/defective order. We will be sure to get in touch with you within 1-4 business days.

What address do I ship my exchange to?

   To exchange your product, please mail your product to - 11725 NW 12th ST Pembroke Pines, Fl, 33026. Be sure to have your full name included that your original order was placed under for no confustion. 

   You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What if I never recieve my product?

    We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages after they have been shipped off. If an item was stolen or lost, please file a claim with the shipping carrier (ex. UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL). If you need, we will provide with the address, shpping carrier information, tracking infromation and date of your delivery to assist with your claim investigation.

What if the product I ordered doesn't look/smell/feel like what I thought it would?

   Unfortunately, I do not except refunds. Nor will i accpet an exchange for this "problem". But, for any misunderstandings to be avoided, be sure to check out the product description, picture, etc..
